"I recently explored one of the residences for potential vacancies for my family and had the fortune of encountering a tenant outside. I spoke with him about any vacancies and general questions about the residence and we suddenly hear shouting and crashing noises from a unit across the parking lot. A window was broken and according to the feuding couple some holes were made in their walls. The tenant I spoke too recommended some place else as the move out process is terrible apparently. I was also told that the property management will take your security deposit regardless if you keep the unit in good condition. I wont stop anyone looking for a place to live but its better to be safe than sorry. I do not want my kids and wife in this neighborhood based on what I experienced."

"Worst apartment rentals EVER. Don’t rent from them, don’t lease. Stay far away. They won’t fix anything and charge you an arm and a leg for things getting “fixed” for a day or two. Rude office women as well. Stay away guys. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before signing. Good luck to you all"

"It's sad when businesses prioritize money over fair and respectful treatment of people. The property might seem appealing, but the management's approach to fees and lease enforcement leaves much to be desired. Proceed with caution! Tenants have no recourse when management charges fees for unscheduled maintenance or ends a lease early WITHOUT CAUSE. Tenants beware!"

"Not a very good experience. We went to a property 3 different times for a tour, each time the system didn't send lock box code. We contacted the leasing manager and apparently the house had the wrong lock box. Everything is via the internet or text. No one call us to fix the problem or apologize for the inconvenience."

"I feel conflicted leaving this review because up until move out, my time with PP was actually pretty great. They were quick to respond to work orders, easy to communicate with, and our rent was very affordable. However during the move out process, my opinion and perspective changed. There are truths to what other reviews have said regarding move out (obviously I can’t speak for their experiences but I did encounter similar situations during my move out process). It’s unfortunate because up until then I would have highly recommended this company to rent from. Now, I advise others to be weary and I hope your experience is better than mine."
