"I don’t feel safe living In this environment. The staff has shown no concern for my health and after a flooding issue that wrecked my walls decided to gas light me claiming “there is no issue anymore, it was handled” while mold is visibility forming. Rent at your own risk because they won’t let you out of your lease even if it’s their own fault they destroyed your living space."

"2 weeks ago the apartment above my Son’s flooded with water. When reported to management they sent in a carpet cleaner and painter 2 days later. 2 weeks later when confronted with the horrible paint job and still darker stained walls due to moisture still inside the walls they are claiming there is no water damage, mold, or mildew. As you can see by the attached photos- any normal human being can see mildew and the beginnings of Mold. When we asked to be released from our lease due to health concerns and lack of due diligence on the part of the management company, they are forcing us to pay a 60 day fine and early buyout fee. This will end up costing us in the area of $6000 to get out of this soon to be mold infested apartment. RENTER BEWARE!"
