"I have been here since 2018 and I haven't had any problems .Mrs Pam and Mrs Aderian witch are the property manager and owner are very professional and kind people .I mean they try to go above and beyond for there tenants .The maintenance they do they best .I don't have any problems staying here.I wish that they would put a park for the kid .The poor kids that liveut here have nothing to do just a option ."

"My husband and I moved in exactly 7 day's ago and already ready to leave!! Management and staff are very unorganized, unprofessional and plain old malingerers. I still don't have all the keys to the apartment ie: Storage room and Mail box. Don't try calling Management or Maintenance because it will fall on deaf ears. The Low income housing is better than this place!"

"The owners of this place does not care about their tenants. Management train workers not to be friendly or nice to tenants. Management does not want to communicate with tenants they just want you to make sure you pay your rent on time your concerns or repairs are ignored by them. The tparking lot and landscaping is not kept up and it shows trash is everywhere, trees and grass is overgrown in the parking area. If a person can pay their rent on time with no problems then they should be able to have their repairs like running toilets , AC not working doing hot weather ,broken glass and other concerns taking seriously by their tenants that pay. A lot of issues and concerns but tenants are not first on the list complaints are made all the time but ignored by management not a good picture for future tenants."
