"This complex is so clean and peaceful. I’ve been enjoying living here so far. They do an amazing job in the rental office keeping everything in check. You can tell they truly care. Granted rent is high, but at least I know I live in a place where they actually care for their tenants. It adds value to the property."

"I've been living here for over a year and I do not recommend anyone moving into this apartment complex.. The property managers in the front office are very condescending and nonchalant whenever a problem in our apartment is presented to them. It's hot in Georgia and our A/C has not been working correctly for over a month. I don't even know why they have a number for emergency maintenance, No one ever answers when called. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I have dealt with nothing but problems since moving in. We were put in a unit with multiple issues when we moved in. Had a change of management and maintenance worse than the team we started with. The original maintenance crew busted a hole in my wall being careless while entering my apartment and I am responsible for fixing it over a year later. I have paid on time for a year and a half, and after having major medical issues (partly because of living without any kind of AC for A YEAR), I am being evicted because I couldn't pay on time. They will not work with people, and don't care or want to hear about your problems. I wish I could leave a zero star review because they don't even deserve a 1 star review."

"Turtle Creek 100% stole $210 from me. I was moving from out state and they said that we were denied and couldn’t rent because of insufficient rental history but had way over 3 years of perfect rental history. When I told the office this they said that they couldn’t do anything and couldn’t reapply. When I applied over the phone, they put the wrong name and previous address in their system. I have an ongoing claim with this coming and will fight until I’m reimbursed."
