"Julian has been answering my maintenance tickets/calls for months as really the only steady person here and he is phenomenal! He comes quickly and if he can’t fix it right then and there (which is rare) he will make sure to come back to get the job done. Very friendly (that’s important because people forget about customer service and who wants to be uncomfortable in their own home) and personable. The property itself has gone through a few ownerships and I’ll say I liked the last one, Ms.Ann. I haven’t had a reason to go to the office in a while so I’m not sure about the new staff but I’ve been here for 3 years and I fully intend on renewing my lease!"

"Resident for 2+years. Have only experienced one negative situation and that has been resolved. Maintenance team has always been friendly and quick to respond to requests for repair. Interactions with office staff have always been pleasant. Neighbors are nice and feel safe residing here."

"I recently moved into this property! Michelle provided excellent customer service. She also provided a fun and exciting tour! I decided to go apply and glad I did! Anna is an awesome Property manager! She cleaned the property quickly after the storm!"

"Went in to view the property and was greeted first by the property manager Ms.Anna which is unusual. I am use to seeing the leasing agents first whenever I tour a property but I am very happy with going straight with the manager. She was very personable, very knowledgeable of the property and sold the property way before my tour. While touring the property I was greeted by the Maintenance man Mr.Chris whom seemed very jolly and excited to be at work. With so much love coming from just the staff alone, I am leaning towards this property and looking forward to finalizing everything in a few weeks!"

"EVERY BAD COMMENT YOU SEE ABOUT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS 110% TRUE!! If I could give this apartment less than 1 star I would. me and my mom moved here about a month ago and have had nothing but issues with this apartment complex. It is by far the worst apartment we have ever had! They changed the apartment to a different one the day before we moved in and we drove from kansas. It took almost a month to get the cabinets that had broken off fixed. We spent 4 hours cleaning this apartment before we moved our stuff in because it was disgusting and We have not had a working washer since we’ve moved in and they have given us 3 broken ones they claim are “new”. We have had a sink leaking in the kitchen for a week that no one’s fixed. We have called the emergency line multiple times to get help and have talked to the manager multiple times but nothing has been done. They claim they will fix everything but little has been done and it has been all talk but no action. We constantly have something break and it takes DAYS to get it fixed and it’s like a daily thing to call the emergency maintenance line at this point. I do not recommend staying in these apartments AT ALL. Here are some pictures of the place when we moved in and if I could post videos on here I would show everyone what our washer (that was “new”) sounded like for 2 weeks before they replaced it again with a broken one! This place is a complete nightmare."
