"Normally I don’t have the time to rate my living experience for different apartment complexes and communities that I’ve live in as a Service Member, but this Apartment Complex has the WORST reputation thus far. Customer service, maintenance, professionalism, hospitality, cleanliness, communication, and accountability. If you’re thinking about moving to this complex, set your expectations to ZERO! From the moment I moved into the apartment I was skeptical, with low income housing prices I wasn’t expecting a lot, but at the least cleanliness and a satisfactory maintenance team. I conducted my move-in inspection by myself and when I returned the inspection sheet with problems listed on the front and back the Office manager stated “at least it’s better than the barracks, but I will send a cleaning crew and maintenance team out to clean as requested”. After they received my payment to move in, a cleaning crew nor the maintenance team was ever hired. It wasn’t until I personally cleaned and hired Thompson & Thompson to fix the water handles and plumbing in my bathroom after being here a month that I was finally able to utilize my apartment to its full potential. After inquiring about preventive measures and maintenance for several issues over the course of three-six months the office manager’s solution to EVERY problem was releasing me from my lease early rather than upholding the duties of a landlord and fulfilling the terms of the lease agreement. This past August, due to their employee’s negligence, they lost my rent payment that was securely provided to the office. Although it was due to their employees lack of attention to detail, they filed eviction. Notified me by taping the magistrate letter on my door (no envelope). Court date was set for this past Wednesday but because I made them aware that I had knowledge of their illegal practices regarding the eviction process they dismissed the case “without prejudice”. As of today they are refusing to accept my payment for October although I’ve paid each and every month’s balance IAW my lease agreement. In their attempt to refile for eviction they have blocked me from contacting them (via phone and email). Since August they are continuously entering my home unannounced/notified. Understand if you are searching for a reasonable priced apartment/townhome, but it’s not worth the hassle. The owners of this property are “money driven “ their focus is not to develop a community of comfort, they just want to be paid. They aren’t fixing actual problems (plumbing, old pipes, cracked ceilings and walls, and MOLD (picture below), they continue to cover it up and rent it out to the next family looking to save money. "Leaving the review based on who I spoke with on the phone. I called to inquire about a two bedroom and if one was available. The lady who I spoke to said no they are going based on the waiting list and currently there is several people on it. so I asked if I could be added by doing the application online then she changed and said well no there is 30 people. Basically wouldn’t let me be added to the waiting list and couldn’t give me a straight answer. Sad because I really liked this place."

"I just moved her 2 months ago and it's been tough my apartment was rushed on carpet wasn't clean closet doors off track they came to fixed them and still came back off need to replace the whole track itself told the manager in office several times no reply yet and it's been weeks just not satisfied with the apartment!! Communication is everything and management doesn't give that have to keep updates yourself with them instead they keep you posted and updated.. They say its newly renovated and its not only thing is new are the ceiling fans and lights"
