"I have been a resident at Verde Vue for the last 2 1/2 years. I appreciate the upkeep of the property and my friendly neighbors. I have only had to put in a few minor maintenance requests since living here. My maintenance request was always expedited and accurately completed thanks to Mr. Clarence. He and the other technicians always show up with great attitudes and prepared to work. Ms. Erika is great! Each month when I go in to pay my rent she is always warm and welcoming! I would definitely recommend friends and family to Verde Vue Apartments."

"Lived there for 2 years. Worst 2 years of apartment living, ever. The insulation in the buildings is awful. Our apartment went up to between 87-92 degrees everyday in summer and the response we always got was "there's nothing we can do about it." Customer service was terrible, rude people and management, our ceiling fan fell in the middle of the night and almost landed on our son's crib, no care for that either. Electric issues, half a year with no power in half of our apartment. Recommended to absolutely no one. Not even my worst enemy."
