"I cannot say enough great things about Buccaneer Trace! I have lived here for a collective 6 years, and each year has been a true delight. The apartments have so much natural light, and they are tucked in a quiet, wooded area so you feel very surrounded by nature and lots of beautiful birds. The apartments are very nicely updated and the porches are so lovely to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Also, the apartments are very pet friendly and welcoming to all, the dog park and well kept walking paths are a great touch. It's very safe, and the neighbors are wonderful. However, I think one of my favorite parts about Buccaneer Trace are the office staff and maintenance staff. Laura, Jen, and Debbie go above and beyond for all residents. Any question or concern I've had (and there haven't been many!) has been answered promptly and kindly, they truly make this place feel like home for every resident. Any time I walk in the office I'm greeted by the most amazing people and they are familiar with all residents and it shows just how much they care. You're not just a number as some other complexes make you out to be, and it makes me so proud to call Buccaneer Trace home. It truly feels like family. Also, the maintenance staff including Joe, David, and Don are professional, quick to respond, and overall just absolutely phenomenal in their work and response."

"I’ve been living at Buccaneer Trace for about three months and absolutely love this community. Laura, Debbie, and Jen are so helpful and thoughtful in helping with every aspect of living here. The maintenance crew is also very helpful even just stopping them on the property to ask a question. The grounds are always clean and detailed as well as the pool area. Being able to walk the property for exercise as well as the use of the gym are an added bonus. This property is also waking distance to shopping and dining if you like to visit the shops and restaurants in the area. All in all this community is perfect for this quite Island life I’ve found here on Wilmington Island."

The office staff was so accommodating in showing us several apartments as we FaceTimed with our daughter. All 3 of them are so professional, helpful and welcoming! The apartments are newly renovated with top quality upgrades! We loved the neighborhood feel of safety and nature! Her labradoodle will enjoy the new dog park there and walks in the neighborhood!
