"Hello Sterling Bluff Community and Inquirers. First, I'd like to start off by saying I lived here for 5 years until I was offered a position in Florida w/relo package. It took me 3 months to make a decision to move away. I relocated when I first moved her back in 2017. My plans of moving were very slim. Jessica, Mike, and the maintenance team always made sure my requests were met. We appreciated all you did for us during our stay. We’ve enjoyed our time as sterling bluff residents and have appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and maintenance crew. We also really loved the location and convenience of the surrounding area. Overall we’ve had a great experience here. And was sad to go! I wish all the success to Sterling Bluff Management and the team. Thank you! ~Your experienced neighbor!"
"Ms Arielle and Mrs Jessica, the ladies in the office are wonderful. They always have a great attitude every day I see them. I see the maintenance men working hard they good people’s. The pool is phenomenal with the grill area. I love the location! Right next to hunter, close to the va, savanna tech, both malls, and so many places to eat!"
"As a resident of the property going on 4 years I can say i have never had a problem that didn't get solved. Since day 1 Jessica ( community manager) has made my experience here worth while and was able to help me in anytime i needed. Also with Arielle (Assistant community manager) being right there providing excellen service as well. Professional assistance, properly trained and expedient maintanence, and a clean kept luxury environment. Their commitment to us makes living here a 5 star experience."
"Been here for two years. First apartment The service is great. Pool is great. The space is comfortable for a starter place or ending place. Affordable rent one of the lowest in the city"
"I lived here for a year. For Savannah I thought the area was decent, it was within walking distance from oglethorpe mall and other resturants. Right outside Hunter Air Field so there were mostly military families there, I figured it was safe. However during my stay there I'd deal with neighbors fighting and smoking weed throughout the day/night. Sometimes it was so bad police were forced to come out. I'd complain but nothing would ever really get done about it. Still not as bad as other parts of Savannah so I learned to just tolerate it. My apartment was cute and comfortable. 2 bed 2 bath/unrenovated. I absolutely loved it! But I'll admit it was extremely expensive compared to other places and they do not include utilities, like water or electricity. So expect other bills on top of pricey rent. The amenities of the complex are not what I expected. The gym is the size of a broom closet and sometimes dryers in the laundry room do not fully dry clothes. But they get the job done. One good thing about these apartments is that their maintenance staff is typically on top of work orders. I never really had an issue with then coming to fix things in a timely manner. The office staff is nice too, at least when I lived there. The minute I moved out I found it difficult to reach anyone or get help from them when some precious items were accidentally left behind from the movers. One item was a coin jar valued about 200 dollars accidentally left behind and when I called for it they stopped answering me. I had to have friends go back in person for me (since I moved out of state) to try and claim it for me. But they were hit with denial from the staff and claims that they never heard of it. Seems shady to me. I'm more irritated no one would answer me because it leads me to believe foul play was going on. Despite its flaws I really did love this place and living here but if I ever do move back to Savannah I'll most likely move elsewhere that's maybe more affordable and not as questionable."
