"Terrible place to live. Management is terrible. JASMINE the manager has no concern for tenants well being. she neglects safety and health hazards. I lived in my appartement for 3 months before they brought a smoke detector into my place. There is mold everywhere, barely any hot water, apartment stinks naturally. HUGE ROACHES PROBLEM. Mold everywhere. My appartement was prayed multiple times with no success. The roaches only came back stronger. Jasmine deserves to be fired! Everything is broken and they take forever to fix them."
"I was a little skeptical at first, but figured I would give them a try, I’m glad I did! It is close to the downtown area and made my commute very easy. The staff is very professional and engaging. Whenever I had an issue; they were sure to send maintenance out in a timely manner. The upgrades are very nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a good place to stay; I would definitely recommend!"
"I’ve read some of these reviews and I’m actually really surprised. My stay at Allora Apartments has been the complete opposite! The office ladies are super nice and helpful. If they ever didn’t have an answer they’d get it. Maintenance response time is typically 24-48 hours. And I’ve seen a vast improvement in the past 6 months in grounds, landscaping, and management. I’m sorry to see this type of feedback on here. Keep up the good work Allora!"
"I currently live here. The only reason why I came here is because of knowing people who have stayed and the set up I loved. I would love for some to explain to me how can you roll over an eviction. I'm not ashamed to say have I been late yes and when I am I pay the whole thing. The nerve of the complex to say if they file an eviction on the month prior and you happen to be late the next month the eviction rolls over. Now this isn't my first rodeo with staying in an apartment complex. And as it serve me correct if you pay the entire fees that eviction is cleared. Now if you happen to fall into the same category then of course the eviction is filed again. It's like y'all are making people not want to stay here. Not to mention. Life is going to happen to the best of us. I work In customer service and I so deal with collections but when my customer tells me they are going to be late because they had death or they had surgery I reassure them that it's okay and we can definitely take your payment when you can pay. This complex is the worse and when I first moved in I absolutely loved it but now I hate it. It's so many reviews saying the exact things. When you have people saying the same things then it comes a time you have to look at self. Half my sockets in the apartment don't even work. My toilet backed up to my kitchen sink, my kitchen sink and dish washer was draining. Y'all want all these fees but can't even keep the laundry room clean and up and running. Every time I go into the laundry a washer is a down a dryer is down. I stead of you running away your Tenants you fix the major problems and worry about the concerns that the tenants have. I am utterly disgusted because this is the first complex that shows they don't even care about there tenants and it shows in the reviews. They say if you want to know about a person and the company they work for check the reviews and it's the same before you move into a complex check the reviews. Unfortunately I had to give a star but if I had the option to not put a star I would not put a star. Not to mention I started out with rent at 1171 and my rent went up 115. Then the choices that were provided to me if I didn't want to sign a lease was outrageous. 1400 and 1500 dollars for a one bedroom upstairs downstairs no washer and dryer hook up. Like seriously. Y'all have to do better."
"DO NOT! Please, for your own benefit find somewhere else to live. There are plenty of places in the area that will suit you better than this place. I guarantee it. We have had nothing but trouble getting getting anything fixed in our apartment. We had water pouring into our laundry room whenever we would take a bath to which maintenance responded that nothing was wrong. Our water heater was leaking water into the wall which was never fixed. Someone eventually came to look at it, but nothing was done and by the time I moved out some serious mold was collecting. On top of everything they want to charge me extra money because I moved on a Sunday, even though my date was discussed with the office and I was assured everything was going to be okay. These people do not care about their tenants. Their smiles are lies. They will suck money from you. For your own good, stay far away."
