"As of late 2022-2023,the dryer duct work has not been properly cleaned out and presents a huge fire hazard after having our dryer blow its thermal regulator and being told the duct was already cleaned, I ran 12 feet of cleaning cable and pulled out certainly enough lint and a screw! The train that passes behind the complex shakes the buildings!"

"Treasure is running this property into the ground. She lies about things that were fixed. She should be fired. Can't even control the parking situation considering the gate has been broken for a month. Do not move here Update I just came back and didn't need my gate key to get in because it's broken you live here check it out right now"

"I have only been here for a month and it has been incredible. From community manager Treasure to maintenance guys. The apartment was clean new carpet. Had a couple issues with the doors but got them fix within a couple hours. Best manager this place could have Treasure goes above and beyond making sure the community enjoys living there. We recently had a pool party which was awesome!! They grilled burgers and hot dogs, had drinks for kids, awesome music!! You can’t find this things anywhere! It makes a huge difference on residents. The music was at the right level where you could hear it at the pool but not inside your Apartment. (I live next to the pool) Great place to live."

"Apartments are decent but the price went up ridiculously high over the last year when the buildings shake because of the train tracks in the back, the gate is always broken, so no such thing as a gated community and the customer service went down since Treasure left the office. Long as Sherri is in that office, lots of people will keep moving out."

"EDIT: Lived in Preston Grove a year. The management is still nice, maintenance crew is still awesome. We decided to move because our upstairs neighbors were unbearably loud. Like 4 am and their child is running around type loud. After numerous verbal and written complaints to the tenants and management, no improvement, so we decided not to have anyone living above us anymore. Third floor was not an option. Be mindful that there are many tenants who do not clean up after their dogs. The landscaping is nice, but there is no way I'm walking through that grass or would have my kids playing in it. Also, if your bedroom has stairs outside of it, you will definitely hear loud creaking. We liked the apartment itself, management and maintenance, but the loud noises and dog feces just made renewing the lease unthinkable. Initial review: Lived here a little bit now. The management is EXCELLENT. Maintenance crew is very nice and are hard workers. They are doing several improvements to the property, so I actually feel like my money is being well spent."
