"Poor management! High turnover rate with staff! Moldy units causing Hazardous Conditions for residents! Alarms constantly beeping in stairways! And residents moving out left and right! Since Mrs. Brooks left this property is suffering negligence and improper property management! Residents want to know "Where Is Our Money Going." Enough is Enough and something must change and be done! Love the property but it's not managed well just ask all of your residents and the truth shall come. God Bless."

"It's sad how these apartments look, trash throwed all out in the breezeway. Grass not cut stairs filthy. I guess they turn a blind eye to the "needs" of the ppl that live in the apartments. There's no way the property manager allow this"
