"Ashley Midtown Apartments phase 2 and the Office staff are very rude , I have had issues with several of their tenants over the years ,behind disrespectful, blocking my driveway , parking on my grass , cursing ,loud music etc. when you call and make a complaint they are very disrespectful towards your concerns . Now with that being said , there are shootings , drugs being sold , trash thrown all around the once peaceful street ,older people such as myself who live in peace and actually work …When you have an issue that you want to resolve even if it’s small “They can’t do anything “ Well I will be contacting the city about this issue.All of the people who live on the street have been subjected to drive by shootings , fights , trash everywhere, parking issues . Nobody cares because it doesn’t bother them . We deserve to live in a world where common courtesy exist . And allow the children to play outside without breathing weed smells and listen to drunken people curse all hours of the night ."

"Kenya and her team at Ashley Midtown are absolutely out of this world! My grandmother, Donna, moved to Ashley Midtown in 2018. All she ever talked about was how amazing everyone was, and how well-maintained the whole community was. Stanley and the maintenance crew always took good care of her needs, and that made her feel so good. The lawn care company is always there every week for upkeep. There is also a courtesy officer that works for SPD, and they keep things running smoothly. I can’t say enough good things about this place! She always told me that she would only leave that apartment head first, and would never move again. On December 18th 2022 she did just that, and unfortunately we lost her unexpectedly due to an aneurism. The office staff was shocked at her untimely death, and very compassionate. They were amazingly flexible in working with us on getting her unit emptied out. They waived any fees or charged that might be incurred, and we turned the unit back over in January of 2023. I can only hope that whoever took over 1506 Park Ave is enjoying it as much as my grandmother did. If you have any doubts about the integrity or structure of Ashley Midtown, you can put those to rest. Hands down the best place we have had the pleasure of being with."

"They are ALL such great people especially Ms.Sherica Williams. UPDATE: maintenance team TERRIBLE!!! I’ve been dealing with Ms.Dixon and Ms.Small they was very nice (LOVE THEM) but the maintenance teams has lied on me and also don’t want to come fix any issues concerning my apartment they excuse was that they are short staffed but even if you are short staffed it doesn’t take a team to be respectful and nice to residents…. They definitely can sell you a Unit but their maintenance team is TRASH!!!!!"

"You will always know a business/agency by the way their secretary treats you. I came in yesterday to find out if they had any apartments available, not only did the Secretary gave me useful information she was very friendly, she explained the requirements of the residents. That was a first because all other apartment agencies will throw you a application and tell you to bring it back. I appreciate the great customer service something that ALOT of businesses lack."
