The person who stands out here the most is the one we all turn to for questions and requests, even for something as simple as an our light bulb not work! Shatrell is absolutely fantastic – incredibly sweet and always ready to assist, no matter what. When I was moving in with my two large items, she went above and beyond to help, even though it wasn't technically her responsibility. I genuinely adore this place. Moving out a bit daunting, but the transition here has been wonderfully smooth. The apartments are well-maintained, and my unit is just the right size for me. The interior design and decor are impressive, radiating a sense of luxury and modernity with a sleek touch. One thing that stands out is the unique furniture as you enter the building. There are plenty of cozy spots to either get work done, hang out with friends, or simply relax with a cup of coffee while chatting with neighbors. And speaking of coffee, it's a lovely perk that they offer free coffee. And let's not forget the rooftop – although I don't venture up there often due to the scorching heat, my recent visit was a peaceful delight. It provided the perfect setting for catching up on work, emails, and some school assignments. All in all, I'm thrilled to have found this apartment building. "I cannot say enough good things about The Matadora! My boyfriend and I were the first tenants at The Matadora in May of 2021 and we have loved everything about the apartment. Personally, my boyfriend and I have both stayed a numerous other apartment buildings over the year and Shatrell Lark and Julie Shabrach are the best leasing/office managers we have ever worked with! Shatrell and Julie are extremely personable, professional, and efficient. They would always be sure to do anything in their power to help us as soon as possible and would constantly keep us up to date on the timelines of projects if they were going to take a while. The apartment complex itself is also amazing. We lived in a live work style apartment and were very pleased with the finishes and style of the apartment. It was the perfect size for my boyfriend, myself, and our two pups and the work/office area was perfect for my boyfriend who works from home. All in all, we absolutely loved The Matadora and are sad to leave. If we did not buy our first house we might have stayed there forever!"
