"Nice manager. We may be one of the longest tenants here. The gate has been broken since last year, and our neighbors across the hall consistently leave their trash bags and trash bin outside our door, turning this place into a dump. They show no consideration whatsoever. Additionally, there is a constant smell of weed coming from their front door. When I take my dog for a walk, I often encounter random individuals smoking cigarettes next to the stairwells. Yep, the manager is really doing a great job. However, the new tenants are very disrespectful towards the property. I've even witnessed one person throwing trash into the water sewage. Although the apartment inside is nice, I must warn you that even after complaining about the neighbors' behavior, don't expect them to follow any rules to restore this place to its former state. Previously, tenants would voice their complaints and remarks on the message boards, but everyone has simply given up..."

"I love my apartment!! Joanta is very helpful to me since I moved in on June 2023. She goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and made my move here so easy!! Any questions or concerns I have she is quick to answer them."

"The absolute worst apartment I've ever lived in. Please don't make the same mistake I did, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX!!!!! Everything's always broken, management is woefully incompetent and they do not care at all. It was bad when we moved in in 2022, but when the new company took over they fired the entire staff and it somehow got even worse. An absolutely miserable living experience. Edit: Baffled? Really? You believe you're providing a reasonable living environment? Contact your team? I was never able to reach this "team" when I lived there, what good would this do now?"

"Absolutely terrible experience after the change in management in 2022, when my daughter's lease expired, we had to extend the lease a month in order to stay there 5 more days until her graduation. The didn't take the next month's lease out automatically ( 30% increase ) and when it wasn't paid they immediately reported to the credit agency before contacting me. Now both my and my daughter's credit score have taken a big hit, even after we immediately settled the account. Very, Very poor management group."
