"Idk how to tell the Ellis employees anymore my husband and I live in building 1000 and we have to park all the way by the boats every single day we have a handicap plate and still never get parking because everyone who don’t have handycap plates keep parking in the handicap I don’t think is fair at all I have a heart problem my husband is disable veteran and we have to walk far to get to our car"

"Overall great property, the apartments have quality insulation and windows. Can’t hear it raining outside unless I look out. The trees are historic which makes good conversation pieces from the dates listed from the plaque posted around the property. Dog park is huge, and residents are nice for the most part. Management is always investing time to have events by the pool. Property lighting at night is adequate as well."

"I lived here for almost 2 years (and wanted to stay longer). Unfortunately, I had to break my lease early due to changes in management and the lack of care I felt towards existing tenants. I felt unheard, and a “smoke-free” community soon turned into a smoke pit. I originally picked this place due to its location, amenities, and price. However, I left feeling sad and dissatisfied. I still think this is a good complex to live in if you need a temporary spot, but anything long term might not be your best option."

"We live in a two bedroom apartment, both of us are SCAD kids. This apartment complex is amazing. By far my favourite place I’ve ever lived! The pool and gym are both fantastic! There are so many fun places to hang out or work on homework around the place. The apartments themselves are dreams!! Most of the bad complaints I’ve seen are about management and staff, but they are so sweet and amazing. Nothing but love for them! There are some complaints about roaches, but if you’re gonna live in an apartment complex in the south, you’re going to roaches. Welcome to the south. And honestly as long as you keep your apartment clean, there’s not too many of them. The kitchens are fantastic, I love the baths!! We get so much light in our apartment. Parking is great! The balconies are fabulous! We love watching the sunset from ours while working on homework. We get food trucks every Wednesday and it’s amazing (there aren’t that many vegetarian options, but that’s pretty standard when it comes to food anywhere). The apartments are super pet friendly and I’m pretty sure almost every resident has one. The location is great too! Close to the islands, close to downtown. You will need a car to get anywhere, but that’s not a problem for us. My only complaint would be that I have the 2nd bedroom and there aren’t any locks on my room or bathroom. Not a huge problem for me as I rarely lock either, but I’m sure they would change the handles if I asked! Honestly I would hands down suggest living here! I love it!"
