"We love it here! My wife and I moved into the apartment complex at the end of July of this year and it was SMOOTH. Even as far back when we visited the area in May to look for apartments, the area and staff stuck out as warm, accommodating, and in a central location to everything in Beaufort. We have two cats (one adopted this week) and the pet screening was as easy as could be. Only takes a one time per fee for each animal. The amenities are great as well! My wife loves using the gym and pool area and the trash valet service is a huge plus. Our apartment was well cleaned and in pristine condition when we moved in, as well. All the neighbors around us were very welcoming and even lent a helping hand. Unfortunately, we had a massive headache with the moving company with our container (delayed to get picked up for close to a month), and the staff was incredibly understanding and flexible knowing how many calls and e-mails we were going through. Also, we just recently had to put in two service requests and both of them were handled same day. Talk about speedy service. If you are looking for an apartment in Beaufort this is the place to be!"
