"Military beware of this rental company. They take advantage of service members. They are currently trying to charge rent on a house they no longer manage and when this fact was confirmed by the new property owner they threatened to contact the military command. Imagine everytime you disagreed with someone they tried to contact your employer.. disagree at Lowe’s= contact employer. Disagree at a restaurant = contact your employer..this is why there is a ”Solders and Sailors civil relief act”."

"Just got off phone with Tom. I want to write this as opening up about my situation. I felt very upset and discriminated against. For one I am disabled. I worked many years and was injured badly. Yes I’m limited income. That doesn’t make me a low life. He stated no one will rent to me as I make under 24.000 a year and asked why I don’t stay here in Ga and why do I want to move to Sc !! So to open up to what is going on and hear no one will rent to me due to my income level. Or hear why I don’t stay in GA and why move to Beaufort SC. When I lived in Beaufort and rented before and have a good repore with my ex landlord of always paying and always doing upkeep Never felt so low after that conversation !!"
