"Booked the room for my son's graduation at Parris Island. The rooms were very nice, clean and nicely designed. I was so surprised by the design. The shower is very hot with a new modern day wide showerhead.They have a full breakfast that consists of hot and cold food. That was a plus for me. The receptionist, I think by the name of Leslie (african american guy), was so nice and helpful. They also have an inside pool, working vending & ice machine. After receiving my key. I checked the reviews b/c it was very quiet and not crowed for graduation week, but I saw bad reviews and was shocked. I did not see any bed bugs or roaches. I think someone may have put those reviews just to be mean. Overview it was a nice stay, nice price and very clean. Trust me, I'm big on complaining and notifying people of things or places that are not right. You won't go wrong if u book here and it is only 10 mins away from parris Island. Also there are restaurants and stores nearby. Next-door was a Wendy's, and on the other side was McDonald's.there are plenty of food options, walkable close by. The parking is okay however it was weird trying to get into the parking lot. Only bad thing is the nasty hotel that sits next door. I believe that the hotel should be knocked down but it's in service.smh.believe it or not.but that hotel is not associated with this one."

"Don’t Walk, Don’t Skip just RUN completely away from this hotel. This hotel has an outbreak of bedbugs throughout its room. They’re completely understaff is cleaning is the bare minimum. Old food was embedded in the carpet of our room carpet alongside old dried rice was in the seal of the refrigerator. Just completely nasty."

"Let me first start by saying: my family only came to this hotel for the indoor pool. I already knew that it was a two star hotel so I expected some small issues. However, after checking in around 6pm with my husband and 4 children, we barely got to sleep before having to leave. Around 1030, my husband and one year old baby were bitten by BED BUGS repeatedly! We turned on the lights to discover multiple BED BUGS crawling all over the top of the mattress and a couple were even crawling out of the base boards! When we went to the front desk to notify the staff, the clerk said she already knew about the issue and that they have been getting a lot of complaints about BED BUGS on the second and third floor. I was expecting to be refunded since we were only there for 5 hours before having to leave but the clerk said the owner was on vacation and there's nothing she can do. So we just left. The next morning, I received an email with an invoice saying that we checked out of the hotel at 630am when we didn't! I called the hotel and explained to Hailey that we were only there for a few hours due to BED BUGS and that they falsified our check out time! She denied that and also tried to negate the issue of BED BUGS by saying she inspected all of the rooms and there weren't any BED BUGS.... Sorry this was so long but people need to know what type of business this is!"

"No complaints on cleanliness however the MANY bright lights on the front of the hotel were bright! No room darkening curtains to close to Blick out the light just plain sheer curtains. No sleep at all! I would most definitely request a room in the back."
