"The lady that checked us in was sweet as pie. Told her about my horrible experience with the Howard Johnson down the street how they had stole from me and my kids. This was like 4 star services compared to where I came from. Made it much better thank you all."

"Very filthy and has roaches. No one came to clean the room daily or took the trash out. Stains everywhere. The shower did not work properly and kids were staying above us that were stumbling and making noise all night. It says no smoking but the building smells like pure cigarettes! Do not stay there. Over priced!!!"

"Filthy rooms, roaches and bed bugs. Stay away!!! We were here for the Marine graduation and had to cut our trip short. We had multiple family members, so we had multiple rooms and had a few room changes and all the rooms had issues. Unfortunately, due to the graduation we had to endure. But please stay away from this place!!!"

"Booked this day for my kids graduation for marine boot camp. The staff at check-in were amazing, but at 5 AM on Friday morning, I tried to get towels so that I could take a shower. We had been out on base all day yesterday and I needed to shower but my towel had been on the floor. I was told by the “overnight shift“ that she doesn’t have keys to housekeeping, and that I would have to wait until 8 AM, after I was supposed to leave for my kids graduation. Never in my life have I ever been to a hotel they told me I couldn’t get clean towels at any time of the day. They have a sign in the room that says if you need anything, if you forgot anything, come to the front desk we got you. Unfortunately, this is not the case. And I’m ready to get out of here as quickly as I can because the attitude that I was given when I asked for towels that I could wash my body was out of this world. The room smells of mold and the light fixture in the bathroom is falling out of the ceiling. It is clearly apparent that this place has not been well maintained. It is high-traffic due to the various family-day and graduation ceremonies on base. I wouldn’t spend my money here again, that’s for sure."

"Our stay wasn't bad, the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. It did seem that they had a recent issue with mold or needing a dehumidifier. They had some interesting smells in the hallways. Housekeeping didn't stop by our room to even collect the trash on the day we were out most of the day. We stayed 2 nights, and the pool sign said closed, but others were swimming. Breakfast was good for a quick bite before leaving for the day. The staff were polite and helpful."
