Arbors at Fairview Apartments

"Me and my wife just moved in. So far the place is very clean and quiet and we haven't had any issues with the new neighbours. The move-in process went very very smoothly. The person we were working with (Taz) was great. Almost immediately got responses to our questions, unless she was off in which she would follow up to ensure we did get a response from someone else. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made everything very easy. Not sure what you guys are paying but she deserves a raise. Will update after living here for a bit."

"I moved here from out of state and Taz was so kind and patient in helping me with everything. It was incredibly stressful and a bit scary moving from out of state and she made everything go smoothly always answering my questions even when they were kinda silly but important to me. She was always available to take my phone calls. I feel very comfortable renting here knowing she is here to help. My apartment was clean and ready for me to move in as promised. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex."

"People upstairs say their cat turned on the sink it affected my apartment. Ceiling is falling I'm having to clean up mess when I get home from work.. they want me to keep a fan and humidifier running all day and night as if they pay my power bill. Its right before Christmas the manager said I don't understand what you want us to do for your inconvenience never once said I'm sorry this has happened. The gate half the time doesn't work. They offered car wash but that hasn't worked in months. The place has roaches it has been a bad experience for me"

"I have been a resident for over a year and the apartments have become run down and dirty. The breezeways are filthy and always smell of weed. If you want a repair done be prepared to wait. It is extremely hard to get out of your lease as 3 months prior to resigning they increase the monthly rent each month that you do not sign an agreement to renew your lease. The base rent is reasonable, but they tack on charges (even ones you do not use) until the cost is ridiculous. The gates rarely work, the work out room is always dirty, there is dog poop all over the grounds. DO NOT LEASE HERE!! 3 weeks later still no repairs... :("

"Arbors at Fairview is a great place to live the staff is wonderful. We couldn't ask for a better community. Love the safety feature of having a gated community. Your always greeted by a smile in the office and the maintenance are willing to go over and beyond to help make any issue you have in your apartment as soon as they can. The fireplaces are so wonderful and really make your apartment feel at home. Out of all communities or apartment complexes in the area The Arbors at Fairview are the best we have found because, there is no other place that have the staff that make the community like no other!"
