"Do not rent here these are cheap builds but with a luxury price tag I’m spending almost $1800 for a 1 bed there’s bugs everywhere, doors are not fitted properly into door frame like I said these are fast builds they use the cheapest materials to build this place I’m in a “new build” called phase two and there’s a crack about 2-3 feet long in my ceiling"
