"Deborah the receptionist was rude and had the worst attitude, she Made threats like "don't rush me bc l have the key to your room and can go in anytime" , "I will cancel your reservation and act like you never booked it" She was the rudest, most ghetto, and unprofessional receptionist l've ever encountered. While our stay there within an hour the fire dept came be of a stove fire and the hotel didn't evacuate anyone. These rooms are non smoking and the room I was in heavily filled with cigarette smell. I requested another room and she refused. Unpleasant atmosphere and service. Unsafe location with a lot of drug activity"

"Ive enjoyed my stay here, the staff and guests are nice, it's close to a few stores, even if you don't have a car walking isn't that bad, QT is right there & it's really convenient"

"I've been here for a little while and I havent really had many issues but if I did have any the staff is always quick to fix it, upon checking in the rooms are always in good shape and clean I was a bit surprised with the new management however she is always active and making sure that everything is in peak condition. Most of the front desk staff is friendly and helpful as well which is something I can appreciate too, I've enjoyed my stay thus far And cost wise is better than the competition in the rest of the area"

"I've been here for 66 days has changed management since the manager now is really really cleaning up she has painted the elevator she has gotten rid of the bad she's replaced a bunch of things that needed to be she's got the laundry room back up and running in perfect condition the hotel is starting to feel like an actual long-term the doors are secured and locked at all which is a very good we now have maintenance and we are very proud with this new manager keep up the hard work. PS I've got a lot of complaints that people are climbing my room smells but FYI every single day I'm sleep mop wipe down the counters I cleaned the bathrooms I pick up all the trash I'm not dirty like most of these people in the South Carolina State I'm sorry but I am a really good person and I always always always keep my place clean cuz I have OCD if I could only upload my room pictures on here to proved that I keep my roomin great condition I would but there's not a spot for that here"

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. We walked in and there was roaches crawling up the wall and the refrigerator was filthy. The room is dirty The elevator smells like pee. The room has roaches. It's dirty and the bathroom door only opened half way. It was terrible. And if you walk out the back, good luck using your key getting back init won't work."
