"The property manager Nick Arnold was amazing! He was very informational and very polite. He answered all of my questions and gave me more details about things that I didn't even ask about."

"Pros: the location; the two-car attached garage; one-story living; we were the first tenants (brand new in 2021); the maintenance staff were super friendly; and our lovely neighbors! Cons: the rent rates (particularly the outrageous month-to-month fee!); the so-so, low-end appliances, cabinets, and floors; the washer/dryer rental fee (you could purchase your own low-end set for cheaper); the middle units are pretty dark, but we faced south and towards trees, so that was nice."

"Will not refund our application fee of $150 after showing us the apartment we were interested in had extraordinarily bad smell. The agent even walked out. We then attempted one more time and they rented a second one out from under us. They would not answer or return calls. They have an office in Texas that was more responsive than the local office. Texas office apologized for lack of follow up. Their system “went down” during our application process and when we finally got through after multiple attempts, the second apartment was gone. Buyer beware! Feel free to contact me for all records of this. Pretty simple to just refund a small application fee in light of the horrible experience. Plenty of Better options in the area, I’ll help you find something"

"I waited to post my review for a bit, because I was convinced the insanely good reviews were too good to be true. I was wrong. An excellent experience all around. Move in day went super smoothly, from walking into the leasing office to walking into our unit with keys was 15 minutes. Staff were competent and maintenance requests were taken care of quickly. Awesome place, awesome location, awesome community. Doesn’t compare at all with any other apartment experience."

"We have had a wonderful first few days here. Moving from out of state was a breeze as the office manager was probably the best I’ve ever spoken too. Semi makes sure she gets back to you in a timely fashion, and answers all and more about specific needs you might have. We moved here sight unseen, and we are so happy with our choice. Quiet neighborhood, insulated homes (can’t hear any neighbors), and the dogs are loving their sidewalk paths and small nature trail. Amazing place overall."
