"They’re under New management Now it Frequently changes and I was only here for 6 months and had 3 totally different managers. Maintenance is mediocre at best . I’m not sure if it’s due to a back flow or work orders or just laziness. They put bandaids on every single problem . Some of these apartments is a lemon but you get what you pay for kinda sorta . Only thing good about this place is the LOCATION . Located near Police & Fire station (safe & quiet area) In Busy Downtown Simpsonville. Here’s some Pictures of what I had to go through since August and these problems still haven’t been taken care of ad of October . Black Mold, holes in ceilings , and animal kingdom (They have exterminators but I’m convinced they’re just spraying water or bug pheromones) . I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re on a budget and don’t mind a hit or miss apartment. Good luck to the new manager!"

"My complaint is they still expected me to pay rent, but did nothing but made empty promises of fixing the hole in the kitchen ceiling that leaked water from the tub upstairs. I made them aware of the issue in August of 2022. My last day there was 10/20/22. Hole still not fixed. All I was given was a bucket to catch the water. Not to mention the roaches, the worms and water bugs. Wish I knew how to upload pictures of the mess."

"We lived at Village Park while our home was being set up on our land. Alyssa the manager was such a pleasure to work with and was always attentive to all our needs. The maintenance tech Kirk I think his name is was always busy early in the morning picking up the grounds and making rhe property appearance clean and appropriate. I would like to thank all the staff of Village Park for a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend to others."
