"Wow, I am shocked at how dishonest this apartment complex is. To only have this limited number of reviews after being open for years? Yeah, that’s because the page was redone and linked to an extended name to hide all the negative ones. Where to start? The pest problems? The cars being broken into? The murder that wasn’t reported to residents? And to make it even worse the following month the coroner and forensic team were back again for another situation. Residents didn’t even get as much as a be safe email to keep their guard up. Oh, can’t forget the time sheriffs swarmed the courtyard one night because they will literally rent to anyone. Please don’t move here if you like silence either. You can literally hear DV happening through the walls and report it for months without anything happening."
"I cannot say enough good things about this apartment. I lived there for a little over 3 months and it exceeded my expectations. Complex is well maintained and extremely clean. Office staff and maintenance staff is amazing. Arlene and Jenn do an excellent job!!"
