"I called Southern Fried Appliance Repair in the morning. The recording said someone would get back to me quickly. At 5:00pm no one had called me back so I called again. Same recording - someone would get back to me. By mid afternoon of the following day still no call back so I contacted another appliance repair company. They will be out the following day. Based on my experience with Southern Fried I do not recommend them. They are very unprofessional. At the very least they can return your call. Don’t waist your time with this company. Call a company that acts in a professional, businesslike manner. That is not Southern Fried."
