"I'm thrilled to see our local Belk all cleaned up and pretty. Feels like a true department store. The Christmas decorations were awful though. Stickers on a pole. I wanted to get in the holiday spirit but it was pretty sad. Meanwhile thank you for the cleanup!!"

"Poor signage. Huge store is only for women's. NO sign on the building that it's only Women's! Had to ask where the Men's section was located - ACROSS the parking lot! A couple of signs should be common sense. But then the Men's store is about 1/10 the size of the Women's Store. Guess Men's is not so important/profitable?"
"Did not know that the Belks in Mt. Pleasant had a separate building for men. Walked across the parking lot to find out that unless you are XL or larger, nothing is available. Staff did not wear name badges and just chatted with each other. Didn't know they were employees until one went to the cash register. Understand business casual, this was bar casual."
