"If you go here hope you don’t have to deal with Chris - he’s a big old ball of fun. If you try to return stuff he’ll make passive aggressive comments the whole time. I’ve been an rei member for around 15 years and I have never had resistance for returning items- ever. I guess Chris doesn’t agree with rei’s member return policy that if you’re not 100% satisfied then it can be returned. It’s sad. Chris was talking on his walkie talky quiet a bit so he may actually be a key holder - I’m sure he’s great in middle management."
