"Incredibly disappointed at the lack of professionalism displayed by Russ T. at Furniture Rentals. While I was still disputing the final amount owed on my contract, he charged my card without my explicit authorization. He did this knowing full well that I had not signed the auto-payment agreement, nor approved this transaction. I have asked to speak with senior management at Furniture Rentals multiple times to no avail."

"Worst customer service ever! I visited this store 6 times, called 7 times to follow up on my requests with no return calls. Emailed Scott at the store several times with a request for follow up and still wasn't assisted. When I requested his managers information, turns out his father is the owner, and I after a long email explaining the disappointing customer service I was responded with a generic email saying they wouldn't want to insult me by offering excuses and have a great day. The worst!"

"Outstanding service from the Charleston store! Furniture was very comfortable, clean and pristine. The kitchen and bathroom kits were outstanding, many items were new. Drop off and pick up times were met with a friendly, efficient crew. Highly recommend this company for your rental needs!"
