"Place is going down hill. Empty shelves, empty produce, evic coupons dont match app. Clerks ring things up like zombies. Self checkout thinks you are steeling every item. I will give credit to the butcher shop staff and the assistant managers they have who seem to have to do everything including on line shopping. Most importantly, the deli is joke. Another set of zombies"

"I thought I was in Walmart.You have 9 check outs an only1 open.Went to self checkout and it was full with a line of people .So went back to the 1open check out and waited on line.Finally another line opens up.My question is what is the purpose of having 9 check outs. Don't be like Walmart."

"Wish it was managed better as this is clearly the problem.. Deli is slow and feel like their bothered by slicing meat for customers (but not everyone just a key few). Lately produce has questionable. Biggest flaw is never any baggers at registers causing long lines; Saturday's 1 lane open, zero baggers, huge lines yet there's employees blowing, or sweeping when clearly helping the one lane open is much more important but again poor management. Manager walks around hands in pocket NEVER helping when they could and other stores directors/managers do. I go to Publix alot more for this reason. Nice clerks let me say that, they just have no help from management during busy times. Corporate or store director needs to make a change. A good manager would pitch in when his employees are swamped!"

"Deli staff are the worst in Mount Pleasant. Inattentive, and appearing to be bothered when you approach the counter to place an order (and that’s after waiting 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you!). One worker kept touching his nose without changing his latex glove. Unsanitary!"
