"This afternoon I went to the store to buy my husband's birthday gift and I picked out some sneakers and when I went to the checkout, the cashier charged me $10 more than what was on the label of the shoe and when I asked her to fix it, she called the manager and when she came, she was very rude and said that people change the boxes (not you! Guys, she clarified) and after getting to the shoe area and waiting more than 10 minutes, she confirmed that the price was 10 more than the label. But she refused to fix the store's mistake and let me go without my husband present."
