"Never buying a grill from my friends at Lowe’s again. Cooked on it 2 times - and it’s fried. Less than 90 days old. I didn’t want my money back, just replaced. I was told on 2/10 it would be replaced, just wait until after 2/14, but today on 2/15 I was told no returns allowed. Absolutely frustrating. After spending tens of thousands of dollars at Lowe’s, this may be it for me. Honestly, I don’t know what other recourse I have other than to warn folk to consider buying a grill from somewhere else, not this Lowe’s."

"Went to the flooring department to get some help with transitions. The woman in the department was more interested in my dog than helping me. When I approached she was on the phone discussing her dog. She gave my dog treats without my permission and continued her call. When done told me my dog was cute, when I told her I needed help with transitions she just told me they all come in packs. And started talking to the customer behind me, never actually helping me. I will never go to this Lowe’s again. The employees don’t get paid enough to care about their jobs or apparently have any manners or boundaries."

"The store is good with product but the energy of many of the staff is lackluster. Every time I purchase pine straw I have to wait 15 mins or more and go and ask again to get someone to the truck. I fault upper management for not instilling good customer service. When I call to ask for help… it’s not like “yes ma’am I’m sorry you had to wait” the response is “Nobody came? I’ll see what I can do” just not ok!"

"Overall store clean and most workers were helpful with questions. Except one lady at self checkout was very impatient and slight of an attitude towards me due to my deafness. Other than that all is good."

"Lowe's has a pretty good end of summer sale going on. I wish I could afford this wicker porch chair. Maybe next year."
