"More headaches than the service. We honestly kept the business card just to give people we don’t like. So much more repair I have to do because of the son. Maybe if dad came out it wouldn’t be an issue. Son had to video chat dad the whole time. I literally have 1 k or more of damages because of son. Reckless. Not careful. Literally was spitting chewing tobacco in front of me which make me want to vomit but also threw his dip in my yard to clean up!! In front of me!! He told me dad taught him. Dad he needs more lessons if he’s going to be the face of your business."

"The owners son came out and wouldn’t leave my house after he finished. He had been subtly hitting on my gf and we were extremely uncomfortable. Then he tried to hit on me and I told him he was making us both uncomfortable and he said he thought we were both cute. It was the grossest, most unprofessional, and uncomfortable thing I’ve ever experienced in any business situation. On top of that, the issue wasn’t fixed so now we have to hire another plumber to fix what he was supposed to."
