"This place has the worst customer service ever, from the moment I brought my car here. It started by me calling and checking on my vehicle and they barely answered there phones, also when they did they seem frustrated that I was calling and they told me not to keep calling when I called only twice because I was trying to pay through a warranty company that was trying to pay them, they gave me nothing but attitude and did not communicate like they were supposed too, to me or the warranty company I had paying Never again will I come back there, or recommend that place to anyone."

"The WORST customer service I have EVER had!!!!! The owner is BEYOND RUDE...I have never!!!! And unorganized is an understatement!! I would rather pay more some where else than pay this man 1 penny!!!!! Needless to say, I did not leave my car to get a simple oil change. Aside from the terrible customer service, it is like a maze to get in and out of the parking lot with all the appearing to be broken down vehicles covered in dust and cobwebs that are parked in random places everywhere...for example in the dead middle of the driveway. Do better."
