"If we could give a zero rating, we would certainly do so. Eric installed our NEW hot water heater, a Suburban electric/propane unit. We recently had an RV Repairman come here to put new fabric on our awnings. He was here for about 45 minutes when he asked what this noise was coming from one of our motor home compartments. We told him it was our hot water heater which is electric and propane. He asked if he could take a look at it and we said, sure. My husband opened the compartment so he could take a look at it. The repairman after about 5 minutes informed us that there was NO electricity hooked up to this heater. We were appalled! My husband then spoke up and said he wasn't surprised because the whole time Eric was doing the installation, he was texting his wife to look up the installation instructions. Needless to say, we will not call this company again for ANY repairs. There are a lot of RV Repairmen with mobile service in our area who are certified and stand by their work. Most offer a 90 day warranty. We think Eric Should stick to washing machines and plumbing as his RV repair skills are lacking in getting the job done completely, not to mention he had the audacity to charge our insurance $600 for the job!"

He helped us to get the necessary part shipped and returned to install it when it arrived. I would highly recommend them for RV repairs."
