"I recently had a negative experience at this shop. After diagnostics, it was determined that the vehicle needed a new engine. The lady in the back shop (parts) was very helpful and secured a new engine from the dealership, My issue arose after leaving the shop. Car was parked in driveway. After a few minutes I arrived in the second vehicle, and noticed a large amount of liquid in driveway. Called the shop and we were instructed to bring back to be looked at. On the way back car overheated we pulled over turned car off and called shop again. Technician was dispatched to meet us halfway. While waiting; I opened hood and discovered that 2 of the hoses that go into cooling system were not properly attached and the system was out of coolant altogether. Home is about 20 min from the shop it is unknown for how long the engine was running without any coolant. While the shop owners wife was very professional and had the shop correct the deficiencies, document everything for the warranty purposes; no amount of apologies take back the initial frustrations, time it took out of our day and the disappointment to know that things were not done the first time. I write this simply to share my experience."

"We're new to the area, but multiple people in my neighborhood Facebook group recommended Davis and I'm so glad they did. Everyone was very friendly from start to finish. When I called, I had no idea what I was talking about but the woman on the phone laughed with me and very patiently talked me through the process of looking at my old tires to determine what needed to be ordered, saving me a trip to their store to have them figure it out for me. I paid half the cost as a deposit. Had my schedule permitted, they could have gotten me in within two days of my call. When I arrived for my appointment a few days later, everything ran right on time and they were finished exactly when they said they would be. Plus, my remaining balance was less than what I'd been quoted! Their waiting area is large and clean and feels much more like a car dealership than a grease monkey shop. I'll definitely be seeing them again in another 60k miles."
