"I bought my car in because it was having acceleration problems, Billy ended up telling me that nothing was wrong with my car and if I had a problem just bring it back (they still charged me 75$ to “diagnose” it) it ended up having the same problems a day later so I bought it back to be diagnosed. I let the whole day go by and towards closing time I called and asked them if they ever got through with my car and he said no because he was too busy working on another vehicle which I understand but I wish he would of told me that he was going to be busy when I first dropped off my vehicle so I could of took my vehicle somewhere else to be looked at. I never got my vehicle diagnosed properly and ended up taking it to Paul’s Automotive"

"Contrary to what was written yesterday, this business welcomes all walks of life!! They simply don’t sell used tires as they are a liability. They could have purchased a new tire with no issue regardless of their race, sexual orientation or religion!!! I’ve been using quality for over 23 years! Same owner and master technician, both wonderful people!!! Go see for yourself. For the record, Quality service center does not sell used tires to anyone!"
