"I went there to have a vibration checked out. The tire tech and lady at the front told me my new tires of a couple of months were bad, (all 4), so I went back to the place of purchase, they assured me the tires were good. So I went to another tire place and they also said my tires good. I just couldn't understand why Rutland said they were bad."

"The staff here is amazing. They don't make appointments, so you have to get in line, and sometimes it takes a while, but they usually are fast (within the same day). But they definitely try their best. I will say though that the people who work here have the patience of saints! The amount of customers that I've seen expecting immediate work and/or work for free, or for practically free, is crazy. One of those people was SO rude and they stayed professional. I will continue to go there and recommend them to friends and family."
