"Please make sure after they install your tires to check the pressure on them cuz they don't give a .... Terrible. The crew at the desk are very attentive and professional but the people mounting the stuff they don't care. Very poor customer service for the $ 850 I spent on tires."
"I was at their shop in Rincon GA two days ago at 1630 and it was closed even if they are supposed to be opened until 1800 or 1900. Today I went back to show them a tire that my son bought for his car (he purchased two) that after 9 months and 10K miles look like they have been running for 50k miles or more. No more thread and one of the two exploded. The tires brand is Dextero and it looks like they are very poor quality tires. My son also purchased the road hazard with Walmart. The manager started to find excuses that the tire was not equally consumed and that's why exploded but she didn't care that the thread was gone on the whole tire. No problem dear, we will bring our business somewhere else that is not Walmart and where they don't sell Dextero. Because the manager knows really well that those tires are not good but she prefers to lose a client then fight with the vendor or use the warranty. Well done, really well done! If I was "Mr Walmart" you wouldn't be a manager in my company"

"I called at around 4 pm about purchasing 1 tire and having it installed because I had gotten a flat at work. Was told we are closing early, understaffed. But the lady was rude as hell. I asked, aren't you supposed to be open until 7 pm? She said "well i can't change, no website, all snarky.""
"Very poor service. Bought new tires. Had problems. Josh Walmart said have to wait for 2.5 hours to check balance. Refused to set appointment for 2.5 hours later. Said have to wait there or won't do the work."
