"This is my second time in a Comfort Suites. Night and day between two hotels. This one is definitely not clean. Killed a bug in the room. Some other instect bites. Not sure whether it was a bed bug or not. Definitely not recommended. The receptionist said there would be a "Big breakfast". Nowhere close to what she said in reality. I don't mind a mediocre breakfast, but cleanliness (Or lack of it, I should say) is a deal-breaker."

"I stayed at the hotel in September 5-8 2023. The customer service is not helpful or understanding. We had 3 rooms for 4 days and 3 nights. Paid for it and the hotel charged me for 470.00 extra on top of the already 1400.00 because we had to change the date from mon to a tues. just one day later for check in. I feel like that is poor business for this hotel as we were there for our family member whom was graduating from boot camp in the Marines. I hope you us the extra money to at least install a flag pole and appreciate the freedom you have to take peoples money."

"I stayed there for 2 nights. The agency that booked my room canceled without my consent. And the front desk staff Ms.Carter and Fred went to see if there were other places available. But then Ms. Carter went into the system and did a double check on the rooms and she got me a room for my family and gave me a discount. My visit there was too pick up my son from bootcamp. Which consists of 2 days of family events and graduations. We had to be up before the sun came up. And Ms.Carter packed us breakfast. The room was clean. There was a bit of a smell by the bathroom. But realistically it's an older hotel. So it can be expected. My family enjoyed our stay. There is a pool but I did not have the opportunity to jump in. If I had to fly out there again. I would go back. Just off the simple fact that these two people went above and beyond to help my family.."

"I reserved our room a week before our trip through the My Choice Hotels app. The best rate offered was $112. The day of our trip the rate had dropped to $74. The front desk was unable to match the rate, but has forwarded our concern to his manager. The room was freezing when we entered, but we got the temperature adjusted quickly. This hotel is one of the ones with the flat pillows that housekeeping stuffs into a small square to make them appear fluffy. The room appeared tidy but didn't feel clean. There was dirt in the floor in the bathroom, candy wrappers left on the shelf behind the sofa. The room was damp, blame it on the location, I suppose, but it was uncomfortable. We had reserved 2 nights but decided to cancel the 2nd night in favor of a different hotel."
