"When booking this hotel, I confirmed that the check in time was 4 pm. I was coming into town for a football game and wanted to make sure I'd be able to get my room, change, and then head to the game. I was informed upon arrival that my room was not ready, and they would call me when they had a room available. I asked how it's possible they don't have a room available when the whole purpose of reservations is to ensure supply meets demand. The woman quickly got an attitude with me and stated that "it just happens" and "many people are still waiting on their rooms." Okay so you're telling me that you poorly mismanaged multiple peoples stay? Got it. When I book a hotel room, I'm paying for a room from the moment check-in begins until check-out time, so in this case when I booked, my nightly rate was for 4pm-12pm. If I don't get to check in on time, why am I required to pay full price for the room when I'm not getting it for the full time that I paid for? I instead have to check in at midnight, tired and annoyed, because it wasn't ready until the game started. This place has terrible customer service and horrible planning. If you're looking for a hotel, especially for game day, please take this review into consideration when making your lodging choices."

"Centralized downtown to a lot of things to do. Had a very nice view of the city from our room (10th floor). The price was very reasonable, and the hotel service was great. Stay in many hotels, this was an easy enjoyable experience."

"I didn't even know they had an indoor pool here, so that was a nice surprise. The workout room is good, too. Parking next door was ample (and free; I guess the garage ticket machines weren't working). Our room was very comfortable and quiet with all the amenities you'd expect."
