"It's nice for a older hotel, tried to see the rooftop for a party but the President was there and everything was locked down. So it must be amazing if the Presidents of the USA stayed here. I booked it! Excellent front dest service."

"Once a year I come into town for a conference at the convention center. Enjoy the short walk so I stay at the Sheraton. The rooms are very cool ... with the creaky floors and historic features. The service has always been top-notch."

"The club lounge needs a lot of attention. The dishes full of water and dirty. The food was delivered to the lounge and no serving utensils. The food seemed rushed and thrown together. Example this morning the bacon was like beef jerky. There were bananas there during the entire stay and they were black. This is an advertised level on the reservation website, you would think they would want to make sure it was orderly. But I enjoy this property I stay at this property every time I am in Columbia."

"Beautiful place. And in the heart of the city. The vault was really cool. And the Starbucks in the basement as well. If you go up top to the bar it has a beautiful view of the city. Everyone was very nice to us and we enjoyed the building very much."

"Rooms were clean and nice. Bed was quite soft, but not bad. Location of the hotel is amazing for being close to downtown. That said there was a tremendous amount of outside noise and light that was very noticeable inside the room. Made it very difficult to sleep through the night."
