Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

"We scheduled appointment at the Tempur-Pedic store in Mt Pleasant SC to check products on Monday 01/15 for 900 am. The doors were locked but we received a call and returned to store at 1000 am. The associate Mr Huggins was not familiar with the financing process or the incentives to purchased mattresses. He was the lone employee in store and was interrupted repeatedly by other customers. After his “sales pitch” and a lot of confusion I left with a pillow and mattress cover and an order. I told him that due to allergies that I could not have polyester. He also said that my existing tempur pedic base could not be used and would void warranty so We should to buy the motorized base to insure factory warranty. I informed him that I was confused and needed to discuss at home. I returned to speak with him later that day to return the items and discuss contract. He accepted items for return and assured me all was ok. The receipts were confusing so I left message for Manager Monique to call me. Monique returned my call Tuesday am and she assured me that my order was cancelled and null and void because it had not been processed yet. 10 days later my Wells Fargo account has not been credited and I received notice that the bed was on the way for delivery. I suggest forget this “Flagship store” and go to Mattress firm or by direct on line."
