"The staff and products are fine but they have pushed back delivery of our dining table every month for 4 months. If you tell me a date when a product will be available it is reasonable to be within a few weeks or maybe a month late. Arhaus gave me a delivery date when we purchased... we didn't push for an earlier date. We would have purchased a different dining room table if we knew this one wouldn't be available for the holidays. I received another email this week that the table is delayed until New Year's Eve... If you want to charge premium prices, you should deliver premium experiences."

"I bought the Brock night stands and dresser. My wife and I loved the look. However, all 3 pieces showed up damaged. Arhaus tried 3 more times over the course of 2+ mothns to get me an undamaged bedroom set and could not. Needless to say, I returned it and now shopping again for a bedroom set."

"Showroom is amazing. Location and staff are friendly. But the products are overhyped as can be. I have a sofa less than one year old, along with additional pieces less than 6 months old. I’ve already had some replaced. I’ve also had a technician assigned to come out and fix stitching. The quality is what you expect out of pandemic furniture. Buyer beware at these prices. My Sam’s club couch lasted 17 years and looked amazing. This one looks worse 7-9 months in. Price point makes this review hard to write. Talk about regretting your purchase. I have mirrors from here that I don’t even want to display now out of spite. I’m embarrassed at this point when people come over."

This is a very good sign that the showroom designers and reps will make certain that your purchases are stellar. There are many beautiful things to choose from. I worked with Nicole an ASID designer and Johnny the showroom rep. Both listened to what I was looking for, and thoughtfully helped me make selections that my husband and I both are purely ecstatic over. They made themselves totally available but were never pushy. Nicole and Johnny have certainly earned 5 stars for customer service and design."

Everyone was very friendly and a special recognition goes out to Johnny who assisted us with our purchase. I highly recommend you ask for him if you go to this store. He was patient, a great listener and had our best interest in mind the whole time. He did a wonderful job guiding us to make our own decisions by giving us great information and was resourceful to answer all of our questions. He made our entire shopping experience a breeze. Most recently when we reached out with a follow up question, he responded right away. Hands down a five star VIP experience every step of the way."
