We came back later to pick up an item and I had measured my vehicle wrong and several staff went out of their way to personally help me. Wonderful shopping experience and customer satisfaction. "I really enjoy this store and I think the options there are very nice, so in that regard I would give 5 stars, however, on more than one occasion now, when checking out, the customer service is not good at all. I know it’s younger girls that work there, but how will they ever excel in any form of a career if they can’t even be good at customer service at a furniture store? You’re treated like they are doing you a favor and are they are very dismissive. No hello, no thank you, and just poor attitude overall. In fact she said “you’re welcome” lol. Shouldn’t she be thanking me for business?"

"The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a furniture store. I talked with Sue, Lauren and Leah- all of which were no help. I wish you the BEST of luck if you ever have to return an item to this place. Make sure to stay on top of them, as they will not return your $ (even if they have already come to get the piece of furniture from your house) unless you call them. We made Leah stay on the line with us while she issued the refund to make sure it actually happened. I will never go to back nor recommend it to anyone!"

"Very pleasant store with tons of beautiful furnishings. I especially like the numerous wood cabinets and tables. The store is loaded with what I call casual elegance. Slip covered items are now 20% off. We're building a new home and will definitely furnish our home with some Caledon items."
