"Exactly how a property is supposed to be ran. The staff is phenomenal, helpful and kind. Nice rooms. They could do some touchup with the paint and the fitness room, but all in all it's a great property and a perfect location if you're in Beaufort,SC."

"The appearance isn't all that great. The location is great for being close to Parris Island you go there for the Marine corps graduation. And I'm sure they're used to this that every 13 weeks there's a graduating class. So I'm pretty sure that like I said they're used to this they got people coming and staying all the time. The room we stayed in didn't even have numbers on it. Which I believe at least in my home state is a fire hazard. I'm just arriving at night it just looked dingy and seeing it during the day reinforce it look dingy. And then they tell you they don't come clean the rooms if you stay two days or even 3 days You got to stay for 4 days in order for them to come clean the room on the third day. Which okay I don't clean my house every single day but you know there is dirty towels and people do use the bathroom so that at least needs to be attended to. And when you go ask him for mortals it's like you annoy them or something wanting more towels You got a family of four staying in one place and you only give me three towels means I need more and then I come and return 5:30 towels to you because your maid don't come by the room and expect get $5 back no they hand you three and you got to ask for more and again they seem annoyed. They know how many people staying in your room. And then knowing that you have all these people at your hotel the only vending area that I knew of is completely out of refreshments. Ridiculous either they got employees that don't care or the owner of this franchise doesn't care either way buy or beware"

"The only place you're allowed to smoke is the "smoking area" which is right outside the dining area or the parking lot. They were very rude to my boss when he forgot there is "no smoking on balconies" and accidentally lit up on his way down stairs. They repeated themselves multiple times and added that next time there would be a $50 fine if he was caught. I stay at a lot of Quality Inns and this is the only one I have ever stayed at that has this policy. Very disgruntled....."

"We were in a room across from the vending machine and ice machine, I recommend being asked to move if they do the same to you. People getting Ice at all hours of the night. There was also white mold growing on the carpet behind the nightstand next to the bed, found it when I pulled the stand out to use the outlet. The free breakfast was nice but the only thing that's changed was one of the waffle flavors other than that everything else was the same every day. I've stayed in other hotels that offered free breakfast and different food almost every day."
