The complex is very well-maintained, both inside the buildings and on the exterior/landscape. The apartment sizes are great and the storage room is very spacious. The community is quiet but neighbors are very friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to live. It's conveniently located and very affordable compared to many other complexes in the area. "Firstly, maintenance are ontop of everything, especially Kent, he’s the best! And works Saturdays!! Apartments are spacious, quiet area, plenty of parking, and did I mention basements (what rental has a basement?!), always up kept and beautiful gardens|landscape and you can’t beat the rental rate with the pool included. One caveat is that rent’s raise each year so have to be prepared for that."
