"The layout of a single bedroom suite is pretty weird, the bathroom is all the way across the space from the bedroom. So if you're traveling with someone who is going to sleep on the pull out in the living room area you might want to bring some sweats or something to throw on if you need to use the bathroom. If the bathroom were closer to the bedroom it would be less weird. Also the first room they had us in didn't have bedding for the pull out, but the pull out did have a kids toy, empty snack bag, and some pretzel crumbs. We got another room which was cleaner."

"This place and the staff are fantastic, above and beyond! My wife and I are here for 2 days for CNY, and they bend over backwards to accommodate. Denise is the best and knows her guests on a first name basis. Wish we encountered more hospitality like this everywhere else we travel. Rooms are great, and the service is 12 out of 10."

"Very nice hotel conveniently located near Albany Airport. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport that runs every 30 minutes, you just have to call ahead to schedule a ride. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!"

"I've visited this place in August, and I didn't want to leave. This place is so comfortable, it's clean, cozy just a very nice place. I have 1 complaint, though. I extended my stay by one night. I had a coupon with the rate being reduced from the priceline. I asked the counter person if I could use it with her or if I had to use it online. She asked to see it,it was for $65 per night. She looked at it and put my coupon to rate it. Three 3days later, they charged me over $200. I called and spoke to a woman she was very rude,saying they do not honor coupons,she was very dismissive. But I still love this hotel."

"After quickly checking out as soon as we checked in at another hotel we were paniced about were we could stay. Luckily the staff were wonderful and were able to accommodate us. I wish we had picked here first and planned a longer stay. Staff were so friendly, room was clean and updated. There is an indoor saltwater pool we wish we could have used but the overnight stay had to be quick."
