"I'd like to begin this review by saying that this has been the worst hotel experience I've ever had... And I've stayed in remote hostels in foreign countries that were dangerous. At least then I knew what to expect. Firstly, there was a room blasting music until nearly 1am and guests screaming and running in the halls. There was staff here aware of it, but nothing was done. Past 1am my door was banged on and someone attempted to get into my room. Fortunately I had locked it well so I had no night time intrusion. I had been traveling 24 hours and I got almost ZERO sleep. When we pay for hotels, the least to expect is hours of sleep but in this case, I was woken up so many times it was scary. There was NO shampoo in the bathroom which I didn't realize until I was already in the shower. The website clearly states that there is a breakfast that includes quote "Wake up to a free breakfast of pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, and more at our Baymont Breakfast Corner". Instead of this, there was coffee, some cereal, a few juices, and extreme sugar packaged pastries. When I tried to quietly and politely talk to the front desk staff about these issues (not like a Karen, but like an exhausted and peaceful Quaker that I am), they gaslit me and said they can't control what guests do at night. They said nothing to remedy the issues or even apologize for the disturbing and scary behavior in their hotel. When I asked, again very quietly and patiently, about when the breakfast would be offered, they said what was out is what is offered. I asked about the clear website breakfast details (which influenced my decision to book here because I don't have a vehicle here and cannot go anywhere for real food), they simply brushed me off rudely. Because I'm noconfrontational and had absolutely no rest, I just walked away because it seems fruitless to try. But this is beyond anything I could have imagined. It's almost cartoonishly horrific and one of those hotel horrors I won't easily forget. I think everyone who was kept up all night with screaming, door banging, loud music, and drunk hallway fights should be reimbursed or at the VERY least get some nutritional food to temper our souls. Unfortunately, there wasn't even that."

"The room was reasonably clean. Some mold in the shower area. The breakfast was not good. Very little to choose from. Bagels but no cream cheese. Frozen juice containers in refrigerator. No hot items. Nobody at desk at checkout. I would not stay here again."

"Price was under $85 per night. If you want a bare bone minimum hotel near the airport with no or low expectations, it’s the place for you. People are friendly, lack of communication caused me to leave a poor review. The attitude is only one aspect but as a whole it’s the total experience. I was in town for 4 days and main reason I picked this was that it said continental breakfast snd laundry facilities. They have a huge breakfast area but they don’t utilize the space at all. You’d be better off with going to get breakfast from a gas station. There are more options there. They do the bare minimum. Laundry facilities- I was told by 3 people that yes there was one but come to find out the facilities were out of order. So either it was blatant lying or Lack of communication amongst employees, it was a major inconvenience for me and my partner to find laundry facilities outside. Strongly recommend that laundry facility should be removed as an option on any other publication."

"This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. It’s located next to a sewer treatment company. The whole place had an odd odor, the room was even worse. Stains on the bottom of the tub, sink wasn’t cleaned, stains on the mirror, the soap was already opened from the previous guest. Something was splattered all over the wall in between the beds and I didn’t have a blanket on the bed. I requested one in person at the front desk because no one answered the phone. The man behind the desk said it would be there in 20 minutes. I waited and I never got one so I slept with sheets all night. We couldn’t wait to leave the next morning. I didn’t even bother to check out the breakfast bar. Very sketchy place and I was completely weirded out. If I wasn’t so far from home, I would have just left and ate the cost."

"The Google reviews scared me a little, but my experience was fine. It's not the fanciest hotel nor the cleanest, and as long as you don't expect that, it was perfectly fine. Shower works, bathroom was cleaner than I expected, I didn't see any bugs, the guys at the counter were kind to me. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear others; I was a young woman travelling alone, so I just kept quiet so others wouldn't know that. Just in case. The door lock felt safe enough. Not sure why people weren't happy with the people at the counter, they were very kind to me. Note that there are no airport shuttles before 4AM; if you need to fly earlier, you may need to book an Uber in advance. That said, I rode the earliest possible shuttle and was okay with my flight that finished boarding at 5:07AM."
